  • Performed a time plan and analysis test, utilized root cause analysis, and used the Pugh matrix method to propose optimum cross-function design and conducts data analysis on both production and test data.

  • Developed an Interface with new product development projects to provide simulation results for concept selection.

  • Created test platforms such as Hardware in the loop on the test bench and control system development

  • Developed a test aid in dynamometer and vehicle-based calibration and integration.

  • Created powertrain models using GT power, MATLAB/Simulink, and similar simulation tools.

Product Design and Development

  • Design and development of vehicle components such as suspension, steering, and clutch housing with reverse engineering techniques

  • Develop additive manufacturing parts, a 3D printed fixture model for door sheet body, which benefits in a cost-saving of 80% of total cost in manufacturing.

  • Worked on assembly line set up and managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components parts, assemblies, and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, prototyping, and documenting results.

  • Performed activities like Design for Manufacturing (DFM), fixture and POKA-YOKA creation, and PPAP auditing

  • Developed an idea to use a faro focus to scan a heavy vehicle for quality inspection, which Reduced the time drastically from 4 days to 5 hours which helped in the efficient management of resources and allocated 4 million projects.

  • Design a vehicle body A-Surface Modelling, PLP / Cartesian alignments.

  • Supervised a team of three designers and two graduate engineer trainees for concept building, scanning strategy, Vehicle styling, benchmarking, analysis development using GD&T, and engineering drawing.
